Because the world of wine is complex, with its own rules, players and specificities. Because making wine involves many different skills. Because production, marketing and development are key to economic performance. Because each property is unique and difficult to compare, Optimum Vineyard Management & Consulting was created to support investors in the world of wine property and help them make the right decisions to ensure the success of their projects.
Stéphane Apelbaum and Bruno Jammy-Fonbeney have both spent more than twenty-five years working for a number of Bordeaux châteaux and appellations. Both men of experience, they have held positions of responsibilities.
Their skills are based on operational practice in vineyard management, winemaking, personnel management, marketing and complete farm management.
They met while studying for a master's degree in wine estate management at Bordeaux Sciences Agro, at the end of which they decided to join forces to share their knowledge with investors with a view to organising, enhancing and optimising production from an economic perspective.
Since its creation, Optimum Vineyard Management & Consulting has audited and managed a number of estates in the South-West of France and advises its clients on the various areas of expertise involved in the day-to-day management of a wine estate.
